Add a saved design to your Home Screen
Save a design to My Bank. Touch and hold an empty area of the Home Screen, choose Edit → Add Widget (or the + button on your iOS version), find Widget Bank, choose a supported size and add it. Touch and hold the placed widget → Edit Widget → My Bank, then choose your saved design.
For a Lock Screen widget, touch and hold the Lock Screen, choose Customize → Lock Screen → Add Widgets, and select Widget Bank. Available shapes depend on the design and iOS version.
A widget has not refreshed
Open Widget Bank and the saved design, and refresh its data where available. Confirm the correct design is selected in Edit Widget. Unlock your iPhone if Health data is unavailable while locked. iOS controls refresh timing and animation, so an update may not appear immediately.
Health or calendar shows no data
Connect Apple Health from the selected Health design and allow the categories you want. Check that the source records exist in the Health app. A dash means a reading is unavailable, not zero. Permissions can be changed in Apple Health or iOS Settings.
For calendar events, enable event display in the design and allow Calendar Full Access when prompted. Widget Bank only reads events. The month and date work without permission. Remove a sensitive widget if you do not want its information visible on your screen.
Purchases and restoring Pro
In Settings, open Explore Pro and select the plan you want. Apple shows the final localized price before you confirm. If products are unavailable, check your connection and try again; availability can depend on the App Store region and release status. A pending purchase or approval does not unlock Pro until Apple confirms it.
If you reinstall or change devices, sign in to the Apple Account used for the purchase, then open Explore Pro → Restore purchases. Restore does not reactivate an expired subscription. If access still looks wrong, reopen the app and include the plan name and approximate purchase date in your support email, without payment details.
Cancel a subscription or request a refund
Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Apple subscriptions, to manage renewal. Deleting Widget Bank does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime Pro does not renew, but buying it does not cancel an older subscription automatically. For refund requests, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
After a subscription ends, free designs remain available and saved Pro designs are retained but locked until Pro is active again.
Where is my data, and how do I remove it?
Designs, preferences, habit and game history, and widget caches are stored locally. Delete a saved design in My Bank to remove that design; some history or older files may remain. To remove all local app data, use Delete App in iOS storage settings, rather than Offload App. Manage any device backups separately. Removing the app does not erase source records in Apple Health or Calendar or Apple’s purchase history.

Photos, Weather and Fortune
Photo and Weather widgets are hidden in this release. Previously saved data is retained for future versions; these categories are not currently selectable.
Fortune draws are for fun. Widget animations are subject to iOS behavior, including Reduce Motion and system refresh conditions. If text or paper animates incorrectly, send the app/iOS version and, if you are comfortable, a screen recording with private information removed.
