Provider and license
Widget Bank is provided by Lian Duan / Mililuky Studio. By using the app, you agree to these service terms and the applicable App Store terms. The software license is governed by the Apple Standard EULA; this page supplements that license and does not replace it with a custom EULA. Mandatory Apple terms and non-waivable consumer rights continue to apply.
What Widget Bank provides
Widget Bank lets you customize and save widgets for everyday information, personal notes, progress, habits and interactive mini-games. Available designs, sizes and data sources depend on your device and app version. Photo and Weather widgets are not offered in this release.
The first designated design in each available category is free. Pro unlocks the other available widget designs, including their supported sizes and customization. Monthly, yearly and lifetime Pro provide the same design access; their duration differs.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions
Monthly Pro is an auto-renewable one-month subscription; yearly Pro is an auto-renewable one-year subscription. The App Store purchase sheet shows the applicable local price, currency, billing period and any offer before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends at the applicable renewal price. Any trial or promotional offer applies only if explicitly shown in the App Store purchase sheet; no trial is promised by these terms.
Manage or cancel through iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Apple subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Lifetime Pro
Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase with no automatic renewal or subscription expiration. It unlocks Widget Bank’s Pro design collection for the purchaser. The actual localized price is shown by Apple before payment; the current United States base price is US$24.99.
Purchasing lifetime Pro does not automatically cancel an existing monthly or yearly subscription. Cancel that subscription in Apple’s subscription settings if you do not want it to renew. Lifetime refers to the non-expiring purchase entitlement; it does not guarantee that the app, every operating system or third-party service will be supported forever. It does not include separately sold apps or services.
Expiry, restoration and refunds
Pro access requires a verified Apple entitlement. When a subscription expires without renewal, or Apple revokes or refunds a purchase, the affected Pro entitlement ends. An applicable billing grace period may extend subscription access. Saved designs are retained; Pro designs may become locked and placed Pro widgets may show a membership message. Free designs remain available.
Use Restore purchases in the Pro screen with the same Apple Account used to buy. A restore retrieves eligible active subscriptions and non-consumable purchases; it does not restart an expired subscription. Apple services and an internet connection may be needed to purchase, restore or refresh purchase status.
Apple handles billing and refund requests. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; approval and any legally required remedies follow Apple’s policies and applicable law.
Your content and permitted use
You retain ownership of content you add. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to use it. Keep any copies you need: uninstalling the app, device loss or software problems can result in local data loss. Widget Bank does not offer its own cloud-sync service.
Use the app lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, bypass purchase verification or redistribute its software or supplied artwork without permission, except as permitted by applicable law or the relevant license. The app and supplied designs belong to their respective rights holders.
Readings, refreshes and entertainment
iOS controls widget refresh schedules and animations. Displayed values can be delayed, cached, incomplete or unavailable. Health widgets are for personal information, not diagnosis, treatment, emergencies or medical monitoring. Check source records and consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
Network-usage values are estimates, not carrier billing records. Calendar widgets are not a guaranteed reminder or alarm service. Fortune draws and mini-games are entertainment; they do not predict outcomes, provide professional advice or award money or real-world prizes.
Availability, responsibility and changes
We may update the app and its features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every future device or operating system. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available, and the warranty and liability provisions in Apple’s Standard EULA apply. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
If these terms change, we will update the effective date and provide any notice or consent required by law. Changes do not remove mandatory consumer rights or retroactively change completed transactions contrary to applicable law.
